March 2012 outing at Punggol waterway! It started out wet with members trapped at Damai LRT station, became reeeally hot after, and ended with torrential rain again.
It was a fun outing nevertheless and we all had fun running for shelter when it started pouring a second time. LOL.
Once again it’s the basic photograohy workshop held by us for the SIM students. This workshop teaches students that are new to DSLRs how to create photos of different feel and effects with some tweaks on the camera settings. Moreover, it also teaches them some tips and tricks that will come in useful in various conditions!

It’s the Annual General Meeting where everyone can get together to know more about upcoming events, the new committee and nevertheless, members that joined not long ago.
Seeing familiar faces and also new faces bring much joy as it means that more people are getting into photography and we can exchange ideas and beautiful pictures.
In light of the coming of Chinese New Year, our club has decided to go to Chinatown this saturday to soak up the festive season.
It’s our very first outing for the year 2012, so we strongly encourage those who have not signed up to do so now!
It’s an outing you wouldnt want to miss! So see you there:D

Monthly Outings are usually held in the afternoon and this time round, we made it a little special!
In order to capture the beautiful city light along Singapore River, we organised a night outing despite the busy schedules for the photography club , mainly casting call 2011 and student week for the past weeks in Sept
The month of august most anticipating event is the basic flash and lighting workshop conducted by our SPC alumni member, Sze Kiat. The workshops were conducted over a couple of weeks, divided into 2 classes.

Looking at the sentence above, how many of you have the same thought? Well, I have. If not for SPC, I wouldn’t even know that such a place existed. Therefore for the month of August, SPC had a trip down to Changi Boardwalk.
The 2nd half of July has been really an awesome month!
Before that, we had our monthly affair: a trip to one of Singapore’s famous heritage location-Chinatown
And as we step closer to the national’s biggest day- 09-08-2011 , we grabbed hold of this opportunity and set aside 2 saturdays to catch the extravagant fireworks at marina platform during the ndp previews..
