Hi are pictures to be taken solely by digital?
Are film pictures (then scanned) allowed? Of course with no modification of pictures… and is there an email which i can mail some queries to?

yes you can shoot with film and then get them scanned
you could mail photography.sim@gmail.com for further enquries.
I’ve seen the terms and conditions but there is no rule says that we cannot modify the pictures. Is it correct?
Hi Danny,
We did not include that we cannot modify the pictures earlier however, had already added that there is no manipulation allowed above later on if you notice right under our terms and conditions picture. So nope, there is to be no modification of pictures except for simple things such as level adjustment or a little sharpening at photoshop.

Hi, may i know when and what time is the deadline for the submission of photos? b’cos the arts fest only ends at 2pm on the 16th.
